At SADV | design, we are committed to ensuring that your order is processed and delivered in a timely manner. Below, you’ll find the details of our fulfillment process:

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (ET) will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • All orders are shipped via trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and delivery location of your order.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the order has shipped.

5. Order Cancellations and Modifications

  • No cancellations – Once an order is in processing or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • At SADV | design, we take great pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order products tailored to your specifications. Because each item is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

    Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 7. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • We currently do not ship internationally.
